This couple has been developing prophetic music and art for sharing Christ with student culture for over 12 years. In 1997 they made a decision to focus on writing worship and dance that sponsored intimacy and intercession at the worship event. They enjoy creating “multi-arts” events where a fusion of visual art, dance, acoustic, and electronica come together for an intense time of meeting God. Though Todd and Laurel a passion for ministering to student groups and partnering with student ministries, they also have a heart for creating worship environments for a cross-generational gatherings.

I have begun to write new material for the next Enter the Worship Circle: Village Thrift worship release. I covet your prayers while I go through this collaborative process with a few other friends. We really want to write what we are hearing from God. I’ll keep you posted…

the shining, blinding
umbrella covering
fastening safety to my blindness
embracing with fascinating
kindness
it beats down every attempt
to take me down
and makes attainable
what I can never reach
with the ladder of my humanity

as I do with less
so my brother & sister do not hunger
I find myself in opportunity
after opportunity to get
fatter than ever on His provision

but rather than storehouse
I am a gate
that He’s chosen to let out
the flock of bumbling blessing
to flood the field of righteousness before me

I can stand to full stature
placing weight on secure footing
dishing love w/o judgement
to the unsuspect
cowering in sin’s shadow

with the laugh of freedom
we will see men go free

breaking bonds
burning bridges–
misconceptions that try
to hedge us all in
to a much lower tree line
than God has provisioned as
our inheritance
